1. Get a chance to be the guest of Creator of this whole Universe:
Umrah gives you a chance to become the holy guest of Supreme Creator of the whole universe, who is King of all Kingdoms. The first and most pleasant benefit that pilgrims can get through Umrah is to be a guest of Allah Almighty where He SWT Himself hosts the one who spends his time and wealth to oblige Allah Almighty with pure intentions. Hazrat Abu Huraira RA reported that Prophet PBUH said:
“The guests of Allah are three: The Ghazi (the warrior who fights in Jihad just for the sake of Allah), the Hajji (the pilgrim who performs Hajj) and the Mu’tamir (the pilgrim who performs Umrah)”.

Just the thought of being a guest of Allah gives shivers but this is the most beautiful feelings in the world. From the moment pilgrim reach there he can feel the strange calmness in himself. It benefits him to get the strange peace, pureness, cleanliness and satisfaction to his soul, body and mind.
2. Chance to remove his sins:
Every human being commit sins as it is a nature of mankind but Umrah gives us a chance to removes our sins and cleanse our body and soul from the burden of past committed sins. Hazrat Abu Huraira RA narrated that our beloved Holy Prophet PBUH said:
“From one Umrah to another is expiation for what comes in between, and ‘Hajj Al-Mabrur’ brings no reward less than Heaven”.
On the day of judgement it makes us safe due to the sluicing of our all minor sins that we committed before going on Umrah. So the person becomes clean from all his past committed sins and feels like newly born whose soul and body is pure without any burden of sins. He Almighty gives His creation a chance to ask for forgiveness and He definitely forgives His person in a blink of an eye. So, it is our chance to ask Him what he wants and Umrah is best way.
3. Strengthen our Eman:
In today’s hustle and bustle we commit lots of sins without even realizing them which gradually weak our faith. But when a person went to perform Umrah with true and pure intentions just for the sake of Allah Almighty and fulfill all the rituals of Umrah without any error it definitely brings him closer to Allah SWT. 4. Gives you bodily strength:
The beauty of Islam is that it benefits you in every way although one is doing it for Allah Almighty but He is the Best of the Best Giver who gives you lot more than we deserve. When you performs Umrah it gives you strength and helps you to get over your bodily diseases as your soul becomes light your body also feels lighter. Umrah enhances the daily provisions and nourishment and makes our body healthy.
5. Removes Poverty:
Umrah is one of the best acts of worship and the beautiful Sunnah of our beloved Holy Prophet so how is it possible that Allah SWT not give any benefit in return. The Holy Prophet PBUH said:
“Perform Hajj and Umrah consecutively, for they remove poverty and sin as hollers remove impurity from iron”
Through this beautiful Hadith we can clearly understands that performance of Umrah is a source of removal of poverty. Removal of poverty is another benefit of Umrah that we can collect by fulfilling the Sunnah of Prophet PBUH. Allah SWT benefits the pilgrims with wealth as they spend their money just to seek forgiveness and to please their Lord. According to Muslim Jurist the person who is financially and physically able it is compulsory for them to make at least one Umrah in their life either with or before Hajj or at any other time in the year. “Whoever greeneries his home only for the obstinacy of Hajj or Umrah and dies, nothing will be obtainable to him nor will he have any liability on the day of Reckoning and it will be said to him, enter into Jannah”
6. Reward equivalent to Jihad:
Jihad is no doubt one of the noblest acts in Islam and not everyone gets a chance to participate in it. The reward of Jihad is martyrdom as it is the act of devotion and great love. In this modern time there is no actively Jihad in which Muslims can take part but the performance of Umrah will earn you a reward equivalent to Jihad. Allah’s Messenger said:
The combatant in the foundation of Allah, the pilgrim and the one who is performing Umrah are all the provision of Allah. He called them and they answer back and they will ask of His abdications and He will give it to them.”
On another event He PBUH said:
“Jihad of the elderly, the young, the weak and the women is Hajj and Umrah.”
The beautiful Hadith teaches us that the people who are not strong enough got a multiple amount of reward for performing Umrah.
